Derrick Rose (97)
A lot of people forget but Derrick Rose is the youngest MVP in NBA history. He winning the MVP award for the Chicago Bulls in 2011. He was the only thing that stood in the way of LeBron James winning five of those awards in a row.
Unfortunately, though injuries took over, and after 2014, Rose was never the same player he was back in 2010 and 2011. D-Rose is coming off of his best season in years. He looked rejuvenated and was the heart of the Minnesota Timberwolves.
His 97 overall MyTeam card takes the injury-prone, once thought of as next great, Rose and showcases what he was best at early in his career. The card features incredible athletic traits that allow Rose to attack the rim and finish with force. It also allows users to take advantage of his playmaking ability whether that's playing off of screens or driving to the paint. Just don't expect him to crash the boards in any meaningful way.
Scottie Pippen '95 (97)
Like MJ, Scottie Pippen was another integral member of that dominant Bulls side from the ‘90s and it is he who occupies the SF role in this side.
Pippen may have not got the individual accolades that MJ received, but his incredible work on both ends of the court, particularly defensively, was key to those six titles in the 1990s.
His 97 overall card from the '95 season has solid hustle and stamina ratings as well as a shot IQ way above average. He may not be the primary scorer for your squad but his defensive stats will allow you to put him on your opponent's best player.
Bob Love '77 (96)
Next up in the starting five for the Bulls is the versatile, two-handed Bob 'Butterbean' Love.
Bob Love spent his career playing for a number of different sides in the competition, however, it was his eight-year spells at the Bulls where he really excelled. In fact, he made such an impact on the Bulls that they retired his number 10 jersey when he ended his career.
His 96 overall card comes equipped with a plug-and-play dominant rebounder that can score from anywhere near the paint. His one downfall is that he has absolutely no playmaking ability, but considering he's a center it's likely a non-issue.
Zach LaVine (96)
Zach LaVine has been no stranger to the spotlight ever since the 2015 Dunk Contest, and in Chicago, he is the man on the Bulls. Against the Cleveland Cavaliers, he dropped a huge game and came up with a new career-high. While dropping 42 points and six rebounds, he harassed the Cavs and amassed a career-high five steals.
He's much more than just a dunker and in recent years he's put a lot of hard work into becoming a more well-round player. Rebounding is an aspect of his game that's still less than average, but his pure athletic ability can make up for that tenfold. At the end of the day, you'll enjoy having LaVine running in transition in hopes of snagging a timely lob from a teammate.
Jalen Rose '08 (96)
You may not like Jalen Rose as an NBA commentator, but that doesn't take away from the fact that he had a solid NBA career. Asking a Bulls fan who their favorite players of the franchise are throughout history you'll likely never hear Rose's name, but that doesn't mean he didn't contribute in a meaningful way.
Rose can't really defend or rebound, but if you give him an open shot from 3-point range, then chances are he's going to sink it. His playmaking attributes are also pretty solid and might have you choosing to run your offense through him from time to time.
Michael Jordan '95 (95)
Pretty much one of the front runners as to why Basketball is so popular in the first place, his 13-year career run with the Bulls is nothing short of magical. Averaging a solid 31.5 points through all 13 seasons, he also held 6.3 rebounds per game, as well as 5.4 assists per game. The craziest thing, though, is the 2.5 steals he averaged through each game during his 13 seasons, making him the sharpest on the court.
Considered by many to be the greatest basketball player of all-time, it's hard to argue with a legend being more dominant than Michael Jordan. He's got the complete package of moves and skill set to compete with any player under 6' 5" on the court. He's not as versatile a defender as LeBron James was in his prime, but when the game's on the line you'll want the ball in #23's hands.
His natural athletic ability and all-around scoring ability is showcased pretty nicely in his 95 overall flash pack card, but understand he wasn't perfect and had his flaws, The two biggest weaknesses of this card are his interior defense and rebounding, but at the end of the day that's not why you have Jordan on your team.
Bob Love '77 (95)
'Butterbean', as Bob Love was affectionately known in his playing days, played for five teams during his 11 year NBA career, but is best remembered for his time in Chicago.
A master with both hands (95 rated hands in-game), he was a three-time NBA All-Star during his time in Chicago and whilst he never won a ring during his time with the Bulls, he left such a mark that he was the second player to have his number (10) retired by the franchise.
Decades before this, Bob Love was snagging rebounds and dominating in the paint. If you need a force inside that can get the job done, don't overlook Love.
Scottie Pippen '95 (95)
Scottie Pippen, one of the best two-way players in history. The small forward won six titles with the team, attended 7 All-Star games and was named three times to the All-NBA First Team. Scottie created a great duo with Michael Jordan.
Some saw him as Robin to Michael Jordan's Batman, but he was closer to being Nightwing if anything. This 95 overall card sings from the heavens for those looking to acquire a lockdown swingman who can drain an open 3-point shot from time to time.
Artis Gilmore '88 (94)
Following the ABA-NBA merger, Artis Gilmore was selected by the Chicago Bulls in the special 1976 ABA dispersal draft. Following that, he was nothing but great for the Bulls, earning a lot of awards throughout his time in the Windy City. He earned five NBA All-Star appearances with the Bulls and was selected for the NBA All-Defensive Second Team among several other awards. This big man made sure to leave his mark on this franchise.
This towering man measured up at 7'2" and weighed around 240 lbs., which set him apart from his peers on the court. Along with his amazing strength, he was a walking double-double in points and rebounds. On top of that, he could protect the rim from anyone brave enough to challenge his impressive frame and skillset. Gilmore's 94 overall card is a blessing in disguise.
Michael Jordan '95 (93)
Michael Jordan is not only the best player in Chicago Bulls history but in the history of the game as well. MJ is considered the GOAT after the good things he did with the Bulls. He won six championships, shooting some clutch shots that increased his legend, six Finals MVPs, was called to the All-Star game a total 14 times, and more.
This 93 overall Michael Jordan card is both a blessing and a curse. It's arguably the easiest Jordan card to get a hold of, but sadly you can't add more contracts to it so once it's gone, it's gone. This card will have you living for the close to midrange game and your opponent will have to be ready for a steady diet of Jordan taking it to the rim.
